NCAA Football Power Rankings, Week 15

The FBS regular season is finally over with Army defeating Navy for the first time in 15 years. Unsurprisingly, the teams at the top didn't really change. I really wonder how the College Football Playoff committee would handle it if Army or Navy became a contender. A few teams shuffled a place or two up and down due to the strength of schedule changes affected by Army, Navy, or one of the 16 FCS, Division 2, and Division 3 teams that played playoff games. Interestingly (for generous definitions of interesting), there are now 3 ties in my rankings, at #68, #80, and #99.

There are now 5 lower division playoff games to go, and just the bowls for FBS.
