We had a nice top-of-the-charts matchup early this year, and Pittsburgh upset the LA Chargers to take over the AFC lead. I always run one simulation that assumes the favorites win every game, just for fun, and before today, that had the unlikely result of LA, Minnesota, and Buffalo all going 17-0, and Pittsburgh losing only to LA this week and then again in the AFC Title game. New Orleans would also have had their only losses to LA, one during the season and one in the Super Bowl, beating Minnesota along the way in the playoffs. But, New Orleans also lost this week. Now that chalk simulation shows Minnesota and Pittsburgh still 17-0, but Minnesota taking the title.
