The Braves and Pirates evened up both NLDSs, which means we'll have 4 games on Monday as well. Boston won as projected, as did Detroit, despite being the visiting team. That's because they had a much better run differential than the A's, they just didn't spread the runs out well enough to win more games than Oakland.
As a Cardinals fan, I get to spend this off day dreading Francisco Liriano in game 3 tomorrow, followed by 22-year-old Michael Wacha, possibly pitching to keep our season alive on Monday. But, anything can happen; that's why they play the games.
