Florida State and Auburn have likely finished the end of the FBS regular season 1-2 in both my rankings and the BCS. I say likely because technically there's still an Army-Navy game to go, though the closest connection to either team appears to be that Navy played Duke, so a Navy loss would hurt Florida State's opponents' opponents record.
I ran a simulation with Missouri winning the SEC championship, and they got the #2 spot. I think it would have been tougher for them to make the actual championship game, but the voters seemed like they really wanted any excuse to punish Ohio State, and punish they did. As a result, the SEC has backed into a chance to make it 8 straight BCS titles to end the whole thing.
