Despite what the numbers said, it really didn't feel like anyone was actually going to beat LA. But Atlanta did it in 6 games, and will face Houston in the World Series. A Houston World Series appearance of course brings up the oddity of a team that has switched leagues, and the fact that they have a playoff history against Atlanta. They played each other in the NLDS more times than they didn't between 1997 and 2005, 5 out of the 9 seasons.
