Last night, Boston was upset by Columbus, and I ran my numbers between games, showing St. Louis's chances went up a little, since they'd face a weaker team in the final on average. But, San Jose also won, which makes St. Louis's path out of the West harder. So it was roughly a wash, moving them from 17.6% to 17.5% in the table. San Jose takes over the lead in the West, and Carolina retains the lead in the East.
